If you wish to book a room at the venue hotel, RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo, at above special rate for symposium participants, please download below reservation form, fill in required information, and send in by email to the hotel at 
no later than September 30. The hotel will inform you of the reservation number after your reservation has been confirmed.
The number of rooms that are blocked for symposium participants is limited and reservation will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel will close accepting reservation once all the rooms are taken. As there are limited number of twin and double rooms, the hotel will allocate the rooms based on availability. Therefore, please kindly note that you cannot choose room types.
