IALCCE 2014 - Registration

To On-line Registration

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MasterCard and DC cards are accepted. Please kindly note that IALCCE2014 account is necessary for registration. If you are a contact author, please login using your ID and password. In case you have forgotten your password, please create a new password from 'Forgot password' link. If you do not own an account, please create one from the next screen.

A confirmation email with your registration number will be sent after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the symposium and mention it when you make inquiries to the IALCCE2014 Symposium Secretariat.

Deadline for Presenters

Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: September 1, 2014

At least one author must register and complete the payment transaction for the symposium by September 1, 2014 in order to be included in the symposium proceedings. Please note that number of papers to be presented for each registration is limited to maximum of 2 papers.

Registration fee for Student includes:

Issuance of Receipts

A receipt in pdf format will become available at My Page after you complete registration. Please download the file from the link.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (by email or fax) to the Symposium Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until September 30, 2014. Symposium Secretariat will retain 10% of the prepaid registration fee as a processing fee. The refund will be 90% of the prepaid amount. After October 1, 2014 no refunds will be made.
